For 6 days, my mom and I ventured into the northern region of New Mexico to explore her family history and see what the desert country was all about! With over 600 photos, a few souvenirs and stories with twists and turns, I am so thrilled to share with you my trip to Taos and Santa Fe!
Hey everyone! Lauren here from Department of Agra-Culture. I’m super excited to be taking over the S&R blog for the day sharing some pictures from our travels to Italy. If you’ve ever been there, then you already know what an amazing culture it has and how each city has a unique and special vibe all it’s own. In Venice, nothing beats lounging in a gondola, sipping on a chilled Bellini, gazing up from the water at the gorgeous buildings around you. To float along paths made of water will make anyone feel like a queen.
Hi guys! I’m a wife, mom of two, & freelance photographer based in Nashville, TN. I will often will have meetings with my clients who I do digital content for to go over the vision of their brand & how they envision their flow to be for their social media platforms. One of my favorite spots to meet is Honest Roasters in Franklin. Wearing so many hats as an entrepreneur requires copious amounts of caffeine. Honest Roasters has one of the best Cuban’s I’ve had.
Hello hello! Britt here from @seaofatlas, a handmade design studio and blog. While I am originally from the States, I currently live in London so I can jump around Europe for some easy exploring. It feels great to be back on the Simon & Ruby Instagram feed today sharing with you about my recent trip to the Austrian and German Alps with my husband, Rico. One of the most beautiful places I have ever been! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to stop pulling inspiration from our time there for my lettering and illustrations.
Recently, we were having a conversation with a fellow creative adventurer & she asked if we had 6 months to spend in 6 locations in the US (1 location per month), where would we go? It didn’t take long to decide on most of the places, but New Orleans is always at the top of the list. We’re dreaming of one day spending an extended time living/working (& definitely eating) there. To satiate the ever-present wanderlust that always overtakes us during the coldest, dreariest part of the year, today, we wanted to take you on a visual guide of New Orleans.
We’ve been working on a little something recently for Libby over at the Local Lady & are thrilled to finally share it with you!! As you might know, all of our collections are all based on our experiences when traveling. So, this time around, we’re sharing 5 of our favorite places in the world + what we would wear while exploring there. Pop over to the Local Lady to read the full feature!

Hi all! Britt here from Sea of Atlas. I’m an artist and designer originally from New England but currently exploring Europe from my home base in London. I’m so happy to be here on the Simon & Ruby blog today sharing with you some of the travels from my husband and I’s first year abroad.
Good morning from Arapaho National Forest! It’s Andi here taking over the S&R blog to share my most recent out west road trip. As a lover of “off the beaten path” travel I find happiness in curiosity. I just finished traveling America exploring artistic hideaways writing book number two, to be published in Spring of 2017 titled “A Wanderful Life”. It’s my favorite job yet! In the midst of that my bf and I are in process of moving from New Orleans to Nashville, he’s just wrapping up a summer tour so we decided to take a few weeks in the Rockies before heading back down south. I’ll be sharing views from our adventures and a few of my travels hacks too. Thanks for coming along!
Hi! I’m Megan, a travel obsessed mama bird, teacher, and wanna-be blogger. My husband and I have big dreams to take our wild boy to visit all of the national parks in the lower 48, and we are currently making big strides to see that happen.
Hi there! I’m Caitlin Horton, a brand strategist and designer for entrepreneurs, community builders, and creative professionals. I’m also the author of Memphis Type History, a book of signs and stories.
